Singer/actor Tyrese Gibson, who plays Roman Pearce, in "Fast and Furious" series recently teased fans by sharing via his social media account a photo still from one of the previous movies in the franchise.
Gibson posted the photo on his Facebook account on Friday, September 19. The image shows the singer/actor wearing a suit walking by a car that looks like a souped up Porsche.
The image goes with a caption that reads,
"Trivia :
Name of car?
What movie?
And what scene?"
While it was not confirmed as to whether or not the photo still was from a previous "Fast and Furious" movie, many speculate that it could be a shot from the upcoming installment. Either way, the post was an effective teaser for the franchise's fans.
Gibson is not the only cast who is giving fans ample of reasons to look forward to the film. "Fast and Furious" lead star Vin Diesel, who plays Dominic Toretto, has been regularly updating fans with photo stills and some spoilers.
Also recently, Diesel posted a set picture on his Facebook account. The image shows him holding an axe and from what it looks, he is digging on a graveyard in the dead of night.
The photo also shows a woman standing in front him, looking as if she is telling him to stop what he is doing. The woman's face was not shown, but many speculate it could be one of the female cast, probably Jordana Brewster or Michele Rodriguez.
Fans readily connect the photo still with previous teaser images including one showing Toretto and his crew attending a funeral. The previous photo shows Diesel, together with Gibson, Paul Walker, and Ludacris dressed in black suits and all looking gloomy at a funeral ceremony.
According to previous reports, the movie will pick up from where the previous movie ended. James Wan will be directing the film, replacing Justin Lin who announced his retirement from the franchise last year.
Other than Diesel, Gibson, Rodriguez, Brewster, and Ludacris, the movie will also star Luke Evans, Tony Jaa, and Ronda Rousey.
"Fast and Furious 7" is scheduled to hit theaters on April 3, 2015.
