It's official: Amber Rose has filed for divorce from her husband, rap star Wiz Khalifa. And that's not all- she'll also be pushing to get full custody of their son, Sebastian.
According to TMZ, this divorce is about to get extremely messy. Amber Rose is willing to grant Khalifa occasional visitation rights to their son, but other than that she wants it all- and given the massive amounts of money these two have, the custody battle is bound to be a disaster.
However, TMZ does claim that Rose signed a pre-nup before they were married, and that she's not trying to challenge it. Apparently, all she wants is custody of their son.
So the question remains: why the divorce? Well, apparently some say Rose might be having an affair with "America's Got Talent" host Nick Cannon. Cannon, it seems, has recently become Rose's manager, and International Business Times claims things are getting to be more than business between the two.
Although IBTimes also claims that even if the two aren't cheating (it's just a rumor, after all), Rose is probably cheating with someone else. And so is Khalifa- clearly, this marraige wasn't made to last.
Mercury News has a Tweet from Rose, which claims that Khalifa is, in fact, having an affair. But she's not, claims the model:
""Please stop with the fake stories. I would never ever ever cheat on my husband in a million years I think u guys know this ... . Unfortunately my now ex husband can't say the same."
This could be the case, or it could be that Rose is trying to deflect the blame away from herself and towards her soon-to-be ex-husband. We'll certainly find out in the future- this is bount to get unpleasant.
