Fans of Korean girl band sensation f(x) are currently abuzz with concern for group member Krystal after she reportedly fainted on stage during a performance in Shanghai.

According to AllKpop.com, numerous user reports on the Chinese SNS site weibo described Krystal fainting during the "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR IV" in China. The SMTown family dropped by Shanghai on October 18 for its 3rd stop after Seoul, South Korea and Tokyo, Japan.

Fan accounts from Koreaboo.com also dished that the incident happened after f(x) performed their latest hit "Red Light". One of the audiences recounted, "Krystal Jung wore shades while performing 'Red Light', I thought her eyes were puffy that's why." By the end of the performance after the light dimmed, however, the fan saw the pop star falling into the arms of Victoria who immediately supported her.

Both security and staff rushed to help and escort her to the group's van. Krystal did not appear again at the ending stage of the concert.

Krystal's condition on stage was reported to have looked so bad that she was the first one to leave the stage. One fan noted that the situation didn't look too good after she was carried away to recuperate.

This isn't the first time that the idol sensation fainted on stage. Back in 2011, Krystal also lost consciousness during a broadcast of SBS "Kiss & Cry" due to her anemia.

In response, fans have been working to trend #GetWellSoonSoojung on Twitter to offer their support. SM Entertainment, on the other hand, is yet to give their announcement regarding the incident.

Krystal has been currently busy with her recent starring on the SBS drama "My Lovely Girl" together with fellow pop sensation Rain. Kdramastars.com reports that the show is currently a favorite in China after raking in massive view counts from the country's largest video-hosting sites, Tudou and Youku.

"My Lovely Girl" garnered 7.5 million views on its first day of airing and an impressive 40 million views after its first 10 days. This figure means that it has surpassed "It's Okay, It's Love" and "Man From the Star" which were also massive hits in the country.

The show is currently the most viewed Korean drama in the country, ranking third as the most viewed drama in China.
