Teresa Giudice's Prison Sentence Wreaks Havoc on her "Real Housewives" Family- Joe Giudice Binge-Drinking, Teresa Not Eating, Divorce May Follow

By

With Teresa Giudice (of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey") about to head into a 15 month jail sentence, her and her family's future is looking very shaky.

Not surprisingly, that she's headed to prison in less than 3 months is having a massive strain on her marriage. The Inquisitr reports that the "Real Housewife" is petrified about her husband living alone with their children while she's in jail.

Not because she's worried about him posing a danger to them (that is what it seems to imply, isn't it?) but because Joe Giudice poses a serious danger to himself. Joe has, according to certain rumors, been binge-eating recently and drinking up to four bottles of wine a night- all of which could cause serious medical problems while his wife is in prison.

Giudice's father also died of a heart attack, so family medical history is something to consider as well.

But Teresa's not doing much better. According to Us Weekly, Giudice is "deeply depressed" and "not eating or sleeping." Apparently, the reality star is very worried that Giudice's going to suffer the same fate as his father while she's in prison.

All of this has led to obvious rumors that the Giudices may end up divorcing over all of this.

Enstars recently published a piece with a statement from "Real Housewives" producer Andy Cohen, who commented on the state of the Giudice's extremely troubled marriage.

"They are going to be apart for a long time. I think they've got a really strong bond, but it's just so hard...For both of them, family comes first, and they're family. They've been together for years. They're high school sweethearts."

The couple will appear on a "Real Housewives" reunion special before Teresa's sentence begins, so we may be able to judge their relationship from there.
