"Outlander" will not be on until April 4, 2015, but that doesn't mean fans cannot get some clues on what episode 9 of the series will be all about. Actors Caitriona Balfe, Sam Heughan, and Laura Donelly has given some clues on what to expect for the second half of the show's first season.

Lead actor Balfe talks about her role via Access Hollywood, where she shared that "nice stuff" is written in episode 9 for fans to watch out. The upcoming episode next year will be the first of the second half of the season, and Balfe shares that when the show returns, the story will be ramped up.

Fans can recall that Balfe's Claire and Sam Heughan's Jaime has gotten married in an earlier episode, and this has apparently gotten positive reactions from fans. According to Access Hollywood, the marriage of Claire and Sam has been brought to life with resounding approval from fans via Tweets the two actors received.

Talking about the wedding day and wedding night, Balfe shared that she "felt really great" about the output and mentioned everyone working hard to make the scene look real. Meanwhile, Heughan joked about his character getting "laid three times." Heughan also shared that he watched the episode with Balfe while enjoying a "couple of bottles of wine."

Because of their performance in the wedding episode, the two are named as two of People's Ones to Watch List. Hallels also says that the show has gotten much attention because of Heughan and Balfe's performances.

When asked about what to expect on episode 9, Balfe hints of it being "really strong." "So much happens and you really see the story ramp up," Balfe shared. Furthermore, Heughan added, "The stakes are raised, it gets darker, it's gonna be really gripping." Some painful scenes are apparently in store for Heughan's character, hints Hallels.

Aside from Balfe and Heughan, actor Laura Donelly (Jenny Fraser) also dished on how it feels working on the set. In an exclusive interview with Fashion & Style, Donelly revealed that Fraser, Jamie's sister, will be involved with the events taking place mid-season. Jenny and Jamie will be crossing paths when Jamie returns to Lollybroch, but Donelly shared that Jenny will be interacting not only with her brother, but also with Claire and even Tobias Menzies' character Black Jack Randall.
