K-pop group f(x)'s Sulli who is presently on hiatus is reportedly attending the press conference of her starring movie "Fashion King" on October 31.

It was reported on July that the girl group member needed to take a break from her activities. Reports point mental stress as the reason Sulli had to go on a hiatus, while her group was currently promoting "Red Light." The idol-actress has received malicious comments after confirming her relationship with Dynamic Duo's Choiza.

This is the first time she is appearing on media since her hiatus, Daily K-pop News reports. According to the website, the "Fashion King's" VIP screening will be graced by lead actors including Joo Won, Ahn Jae Hyun, Park Se Young, Kim Song Oh, and Sulli.

According to Enews World, one of the movie's staff told Newsen, "Including her affection about the movie, Sulli is very determined to attend this important event to introduce 'Fashion King' for the first time."

From what it seems, the K-pop idol is ready to meet reporters and her fans.

"Sulli, as well as the other actors and director will attend the previews," added the same movie staff.

The upcoming film, which will premiere on November 6, is the film adaptation of a webtoon that became popular in South Korea. The movie is about Giahn High School's "bread shuttle" Woo Ki Young (Joo Won), who decides to become a cool man after his mentor introduced him to the fashion world.

F(x)'s Sulli plays Kwak Eun Ji, the school's top student, who has a secret crush with Joo Won's character.

"Woo Ki-myung, a completely ordinary high school student, has a crush on Hye-jin, the prettiest, most popular girl in class. So to win her heart, he decides to transform his image and become the coolest, best dressed person in the world. As his mentor Nam-jung introduces him to the world of fashion, Woo-myung finds himself entering into a rivalry with Won-ho, the school's toughest fighter. Meanwhile, he doesn't notice Eun-jin, who harbors a secret crush on him."
