'Jurassic World' Trailer Potentially Bumped Back to December- When Will We See Our First Dinos?

By

Just when you thought a "Jurassic World" Trailer might be on the way, it looks like we'll be waiting at least a month longer to see some footage of these long-awaited dinos in motion.

According to Fashion & Style, the first trailer for "Jurassic World" was set to debut in front of "Interstellar" in November, but now that's not looking like the case. Their original claim was that the trailer would go online in October (although given how close we are to the end of October, that's not so likely,) and then be attached to "Interstellar," but now they're saying the trailer's much more likely to come with the final "Hobbit" film, 'The Hobbit: The Battle of Five Armies."

There's also the Epoch Times, who cite an insider source that claims the same news. Here's what the source had to say.

"I just got word that the theatrical trailer has been pushed back to debut with The Hobbit. This is for strategic reasons and not because of any actual delay with getting it ready," said The Epoch Times' source.

"Universal is choosing to debut the Fast 7 trailer on Interstellar instead. Whether or not they still choose to debut it online in November, I have no idea."

But what will we see in the trailer? One early report claimed that it would be mostly teases, although it would show glimpses of a Mosasaurus, new raptors, and hints at the entirely fictional hybrid dino that director Colin Trevorrow has dreamed up.

Except that KDrama Stars has some leaked images up that show something very different- a T-Rex, snout slathered in blood and gore, roaring into the camera. Which sounds a little gorier than what we expect from the "Jurassic Park" franchise, but who knows? It could be real.

Check back soon for the latest news on "Jurassic World."
