Zellweger also added that she's "living a different, happy, more fulfilling life" and expressed gladness that "perhaps it shows, she told People.

Zellweger attributed the change to her currently living a peaceful and healthy lifestyle, one that is far from her "not realistically sustainable" schedule in the past.
