Tragedy Strikes "Chrisley Knows Best"- Son Kyle Accuses Todd of Stealing His Daughter, Brother Randy Diagnosed With Cancer

"Chrisley Knows Best" doesn't seem like a show that would court any serious drama- not when its a bunch of well-to-do Southerners mocking each other's clothing and dating choices.

But "Chrisley Knows Best" has been the subject of some major trouble recently- and trouble that might not make it onto the actual series.

First, there's Todd Chrisley's son Kyle, who has been throwing some heavy accusations against his father. Specifically, that Todd only cares about the ratings and not his family, and that the only reason Todd wanted Kyle's daughter Chloe on the series is to make the family look more diverse (Kyle's daughter is of mixed race).

Here's what Kyle said, according to Enstars.

"My dad showed no interest in Chloe at all until the show and until it was pointed out that having a mixed race child and getting her and all that would be good for his demographic. He didn't want to see her before then. He said he wanted nothing to do with her."

Kyle also referred to his father as a "snake," and said that the elder Chrisley "ruined" him.

Mstarz also reports that Todd's brother Randy has recently been diagnosed with stage four cancer.

Us Weekly has the full statement from the Chrisley family on this terrible news.

Todd Chrisley and his family are saddened to announce that his younger brother, Randy, has been diagnosed with stage four cancer," said the statement.

"As of today, they have started the arduous and long road of radiation and chemotherapy. The family remains hopeful of a full and speedy recovery for their beloved Randy. The family is asking for privacy and respect during this process, especially for Randy's young family who are trying to cope with this very recent and unexpected prognosis. There will be no further comments regarding this matter."

Hopefully the Chrisleys can persevere through this and go back to simple reality TV bickering soon.
