Jodi Arias Trial Continues- New Testimony Alleges Travis Alexander Just Wanted a "Below the Waist" Relationship

By

Last year, Jodi Arias was found guilty of murdering her ex-boyfriend, Travis Alexander, even though she testified that the murder had been committed in self-defense. However, the jury couldn't make a firm decision on whether Arias should face the death penalty or life in prison- now, with a retrial underway, Arias's fate will soon be decided.

Things haven't gone smoothly since then- Enstars reports that Arias's defense has claimed that Alexander was a sexual deviant, and that his terrible treatment of Arias is what caused her to finally snap and kill him. Their evidence was his computer- which, allegedly, was full of pornography- the kind that might make their case make sense.

However, it turns out that the defense may have planted this evidence in an attempt to make Alexander look bad. ABC reports that, according to the prosecutor, Alexander never actually touched that kind of pornography, and his computer didn't show any traces of it:

"It confirmed that he had not accessed any of the (pornographic) sites that they're claiming he accessed."

Radar Online, meanwhile, has published a number of recent quotes from testimonies in the trial, all of which allege that Alexander provoked Arias into killing him.

"Love played a part in this killing."

That Alexander was only interested in a "below the waist" relationship, unlike Arias, who "wanted Mr. Alexander to love her outside the bedroom."

Or that Alexander berated Arias with talk like: "I hate you. I do realize that I hate you so much, you have been more cause of pain than the death of my father." He also allegedly said she was worse than Hitler.

What do you think? Does Arias deserve the death penalty, or life in prison? And which do you think she'll end up getting?
