"Grey's Anatomy" star Sarah Drew is entering her last month of pregnancy as she announced she only has five weeks left before she gives birth. Meanwhile, her character April Kepner might be facing a serious problem with her own pregnancy.

Drew's pregnancy has been in line with her character, April Kepner's, pregnancy in the show, but this being Drew's second pregnancy with husband Peter Lanfer, the actor already knows how to handle things. In fact Wet Paint reports she is already counting down to the end of her term, as evidenced by a Twitter photo of her baby bump with a caption "5 weeks to go!"

The actor also posted on her Twitter account about shopping for "baby #2" on November 18.

Just this Halloween, Drew took advantage of her growing baby bump by dressing herself up as one-eyed Mike Wazowski from Pixar's "Monsters Inc." Drew said on her tweet, "Figured I'd put my belly to use this year." According to another Wet Paint article, last year Drew and son Caleb were also dressed up with a Pixar theme, with Caleb as Carl from Up and Drew being the "balloon-lifted house."

While Drew's real life pregnancy has been nothing but fun, her "Grey's Anatomy" character may be experiencing some complications in hers in the upcoming episode.

According to Carter Matt, the show's winter finale revealed a scene involving Kepner's pregnancy. "The problem arises when Stephanie does a little cross-comparison, and realizes that this child may have something seriously wrong with him," Carter Matt explains. Moreover, the article continues, "She (Stephanie) doesn't say quite what that something is, but she does not want April to get up and leave."

According to IB times, Stephanie, portrayed by Jerrika Hinton, talks to Jessica Capshaw's character Arizona, saying, "I need you to look at this. I think there's something wrong with Jackson and April's baby. I haven't told her. I haven't told Jackson. I have no idea what to do. Maybe we're wrong." The article reports Arizona's reply being simply, "I hope so."
