"Game of Thrones" reveals new website for season 5 news; TellTale promises trailer for game on December 1 before game becomes available day after

"Game of Thrones" may not be back on HBO soon, but fans of the show will be drip-fed snippets of what to expect in season 5. Meanwhile, the release date of the "Game of Thrones" game's episode 1 is now set for December 2.

According to Sydney Morning Herald, HBO has started an online viral campaign where "tantalizing teasers" for season 5 can be expected to appear over the next days. While season 5 is still months away, the website, ThreeEyedRaven.com, will drip-feed fans of what's in store when the show returns. Fans can head to the site and sign up via SMS (only available for US, UK, Brazil, and Canada residents) or Twitter to receive "The Sight."

As the first move of the viral campaign, Sydney Morning Herald reports, "The official 'Game of Thrones' Twitter account posted a 10-second teaser clip featuring series favourite Arya Stark (Maisie Williams)." Williams, as Stark, is seen on the clip sleeping, stabbing someone, running, and showing a Braavosi coin. The clip also includes a line spoken by Melisandre to Arya on season three: "I see darkness in you."

Although "The Sight" and the website's name, "Three-Eyed Raven" is associated with Arya's brother, Bran Stark, actor Isaac Hempstead-Wright will apparently not be reprising his role as Bran for season 5. This is to give way to the storylines of other characters, shares Sydney Morning Herald.

According to Daily Mail, "The three eyed raven refers to the mysterious vision experienced by Arya's brother Brandon who finally came face to face with the raven's human form at the end of last season."

While Bran's fate will not be explored in season 5, there are several things to watch out for. Daily Mail reports Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) travelling to Dorne after Prince Oberyn Martell's (Pedro Pascal) death at the hands of Ser Gregor Clegane (Hafthor Julius Bjornsson). Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) will be fleeing after killing Tywin Lannister (Charles Dance) and Jon Snow (Kit Harrington) will be shown after the battle at The Wall, while Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) remains across the sea furthering her empire.

The returning cast is joined by new actors as Alexander Siddig plays Doran Martell and Keisha Castle-Hughes, Jessica Henwick, and Rosabell Laurenti Sellers play the "Sand Snakes," Oberyn's three daughters.

While there are some hints of where season 5 may take the cast of the show, the game being made by TellTale has been less kind, only providing a "slow, gentle drip" of information, says PC Gamer. However, things have changed after TellTale finally gave a release date to the first episode of the game.

TellTale's Tweet reads, "12/2 PC/Mac; PS4 SCEA 12/3 Xbox One & 360; PS4 SCEE 12/4 iOS." Another post adds that PS3 SCEA and SCEE gamers can get episode 1 on December 9, while news about Android is yet to be released.

On December 1, a full trailer for the game can also be expected, as tweeted by TellTale.
