“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” Season 7 Updates: Crew Delays Filming Due to Teresa Giudice’s Prison Time

By

Fans of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" would be a bit disappointed due to the delay in filming that the cast and crew are experiencing. The Inquisitr said that the airing might possibly resume not until 2016.

They also said that the network thinks that Teresa Giudice's not being present on the show is something that the audience wouldn't find interesting. So instead of going on cutting her off the show, they just chose to wait until her prison sentence is over.

A source also told the publication that the network is nervous to go on without Teresa, as they think that the reality series won't be a huge success. Fashion and Style also has a scoop of what is going with the delay saying that it is mostly because of Giudice leaving the family to go to prison and be there for 15 months. On the bright side, it is very positive that she still has her job back after serving her time in jail.

The other characters namely Teresa Aprea, Melissa Gorga, Nicole Napolitano, Dina Manzo and Amber Marchese are still not confirmed if they are returning on the next season. And the network Bravo is still very hesitant filming without Giudice.

Reports said that she was expected to report to the Danbury prison facility, the same jail place that the show "Orange Is The New Black" made famous for. According to Eonline, she is scheduled to be in jail on January 5, 2015. The 6th season of the show has ended on November right after Giudice got their sentence.

She also indicated that it could be her last appearance on the reality series, but there are no final decisions as of the moment from both her and the network. According to the executive producer of the show, everything is still up in the air. For fans who are eager to watch its return, you all must wait until 2016 until it is back on TV again.
