Rumors flew out that Victoria Justice was hating on co-star Ariana Grande. Well finally, the Nickelodeon star broke her silence regarding the issue. The "Eye Candy" star said that the rumors started due to the cancellation of their 3-year show "Victorious" and the fans thought that it was because she went on her solo tour. Another incident made the fans conclude that the two are in a bad blood.
"People thought that I bullied her because of something she said in Seventeen Magazine where she never said my name but alluded to me basically, and that really upset me because people that know me - I'm not the type of person that would ever bully anyone," Victoria said. "I was getting all of this hate. She even texted me when the article came out and she was like 'I'm so sorry, I was talking about someone that I worked with on Broadway- I know that people twist words and that sort of thing." Justice clarified according to Hollywood Life.
Justice also explained that the fate of the show didn't rest on her hands. "I had nothing to do with Victorious not getting picked up again," Justice insisted. "I have a great relationship with all the Nickelodeon executives and my cast. And the tour not happening had nothing to do with me as well, other people didn't want to go on tour, it wasn't just because I went on a solo tour." E! Online writes.
So what made her talk and finally end all the rumors? "There comes a point where it becomes too much and you just have to set the record straight. I'm tired, I don't want to get hate for something that's not true." she said. "So there's no feud between me and Ariana. She's doing great with her music and I wish her the best and continued success." Perez Hilton reports.
We're glad that all that confusion between Victoria and Ariana is cleared up. But will this finally end the rumors? Share your thoughts below!
