“Vikings 3” Spoilers Update: Ragnar Tips Balance of Power from England to France as Norsemen Plan Pillaging Impenetrable Paris

By

In a few weeks, the Norsemen would be coming back raiding and pillaging across Europe in the new season of "Vikings." Their first target, for all the marauding fans out there, would the ancient and impenetrable city of Paris.

In "Vikings 3," Ragnar Lothbrok (Travis Fimmel) teaches Bjorn (Alexander Ludwig) about power. Now crowned king after eliminating all of his enemies, the onetime farmer had a thing or two that he could teach his son about the machinery of raw unrivaled power.

He would put his philosophy to the test as he planned to march to the city of Paris, which was rumored to be fortified by walls no man can breach. Ragnar's strategy would be his simple yet proven course of action, he would attack hard and break his enemies the Viking way. However, he would not come unchallenged as France's Emperor Charles (Lothaire Bluteau) holds on to his throne with an iron clad mandate. Also within the protective walls of Paris would be Princess Gisla (Morgane Polaski) whose role in the power structure would slowly be revealed in the coming episodes.

Also, the Norsemen would be paying the English king a visit to get what's owed to them. However, King Ecbert (Linus Roache) of Wessex may have bit off more than he can chew when he promised estates to the Ragnar, who's marching onward to claim his expected prize.

"Vikings 3" would also feature other newcomers, among them is Kalf (Ben Robson) who would serve as Lagertha's (Katherine Winnick) second-in-command and Harbard (Kevin Durand) a wandered who would fulfill a prophesy involving three women in Ragnar's court - Queen Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland), Siggy (Jessalyn Gilsig) and Helga (Maude Hirst).

"Vikings", the first scripted drama by History Channel, would be making TV history again on Feb 19th. Until then, avid fans would have to continue on dreaming of Valhalla.
