Sunday nights would soon be, paradoxically, a lot livelier in the coming weeks as the dead come rising back from their wintry slumber and walk back at fans' TV screens. However, the protagonists' strides would be a bit faster (and their hearts heavier) as they lost some of their nearest and dearest in the previous episode of "The Walking Dead."
A recap of the previous episode, "Coda," would show Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and the group about to be run over by walkers that have gathered up first at the school, then at the Church until finally reaching the hospital where lives were lost and a decision had to be made by the remaining survivors. Perhaps the most memorable moment from the series of unfortunate events that transpired in the previous episode, was when Daryl (Norman Reedus) carried Beth's (Emily Kinney) bloodied lifeless body after she was shot on the head by Dawn (Christine Woods). The scene was witnessed by Maggie (Laura Cohan) and Glenn (Steven Yeun) after getting to the hospital too little too late.
As for the upcoming episode, Beth's death might not be in vain as Noah (Tyle James Williams), deciding to join Rick's group after the incident at the hospital, lead the group towards a huge gate, as shown on the recently released teaser. Some fans had a theory that this could be the Alexandria-Safe Zone, Noah's home at a gate area in Richmond, or perhaps, both.
In the next episode, "What Happened and What's Going On," avid fans would also be seeing the group meeting faces from the past as they moved away from the horrors of the hospital that they came from and taking a much needed detour after losing people. However if the group lost people, they might actually be in contact with familiar faces the likes of Morgan Jones (Lennie James) would was shown after the show's credits.
