New posters for 'Insurgent' have been released online. Jonny Weston is joining the sequel, playing "Edgar".
The excitement for the return of Theo James and Shailene Woodley as onscreen boyfriend and girflriend Four and Tris heightens less than two months before the "Divergent" sequel hits theaters. And this anticipation heightens after the release of the new "Insurgent" posters, reported by Fashion & Style.
It can be seen that the characters are looking up at an upside down tree.
As per Tris' poster, "There is hope inside us all" is scribbled in the middle. It could mean that she has new life in the Amity compound.
In Four's poster, "There is war inside us all" is written in the middle, suggesting that there can be conflicts not only as a member of the Dauntless faction, but in his personal life as well. Could it be about his mother Eve, who is played by Naomi Watts?
Evelyn's poster says, "There is obsession inside us all." Could she be just as obsessed with power as Jeanine?
Another poster features Kate Winslet as Jeanine. The statement in her poster says, "There is evil inside us all," indicates there can be more evil plans after she has eradicated the Abnegation faction.
The last of the posters features leader of the Amity faction, Johanna, played by Octavia Spencer. The quote in her poster says, "There is peace inside us all," which hints at her role's contribution to the upcoming film.
Seeing the posters featuring major characters in the film is exciting, but fans can't wait to see updates about the other characters as well.
Speaking of new characters, Jonny Weston will be playing a newly added character, which readers can't found in the book, named Edgar.
Weston told MTV that, "He's a member of the Factionless," He added, "And he's pretty high up. He's a pretty hardcore dude. He's a slugger."
And what fans can expect from Edgar, he said, ""He's all about cheap shots. He's a fighter."
Things are getting more and more exciting as "Insurgent" nears its release date of March 20, 2015.
