"Call of Duty: Advance Warfare" players who did not avail of the collector's edition, "Atlas Pro Edition," would have something to look forward to after the game developers had set-up a new package for just for them.
Activision and Sledgehammer Games decided to release "Atlas Gorge," the free multiplayer map that was part of the "Atlas Pro Edition," to the players who did not buy neither the season pass nor the collector's edition. The price, however, would be a hefty US$5.
The reason behind this could be that once a "Call of Duty: Advance Warfare" player would join a game that would be fought at the "Atlas Gorge" map and the player doesn't own a copy, then the player would be booted out from the game. The "Atlas Gorge" would be included in the standard "playlists" after it's purchased.
The sale of the "Atlas Gorge" for "Call of Duty: Advance Warfare" just came in time for the release of a new gear set for the game, the "Marine Grenadier," which would start on Friday, the 13th.
However, "Atlas Gorge" for "Call of Duty: Advance Warfare" would not be the only item that hard core players of the first-person shooter game could put on their shopping cart. The sale of the tickets for the "Call of Duty" Championships would be scheduled next week, Feb. 17th.
However, this would definitely be for players that have cash to spare. The tickets would cost around US$50 guaranteeing a three day pass in the general admission seating; but this would just be the tip of the iceberg. The ticket would also include exclusive "Call of Duty" merchandise like "Call of Duty: Advance Warfare Ascendance" DLC content pack and "Call of Duty" premium personalisation pack token.
Also for players that keep gold nuggets in their pockets, a ticket that costs double would have bigger goodies that come along with it. The US$100 ticket would include "Call of Duty" Championship 2015 hoodie, plus VIP seating.
Truly with deals like this, the players might just be able to hear at the back of their heads, the jolly salesman on TV that would always say, "Wow! What an offer!"
