"Captain America 3: Civil War" will now be effectively portrayed in the silver screen as Spider-Man joins the fray. The friendly neighborhood superhero will play an important role in the upcoming civil war as Captain America and Iron Man struggles to defend what they believe is right and just.
Marvel Studios and Sony Entertainment recently had struck a deal with regard to the fate of Spider-Man and his inclusion on Marvel Cinematic Universe. Fans of the superhero movies will know that Sony Entertainment owns the rights over Spider-Man in theaters and during the development of their reboot "The Amazing Spider-Man," Sony have a firm stand not to let Marvel include their prized spider crawler.
The deal may have been made possible with the recent changes in the top executives of Sony Entertainment. And since the deal was already done, there is a huge possibility that Spider-Man will be included in the upcoming "Captain America 3: Civil War" movie. This is great news for the fans of Marvel since Spider-Man is considered to be the lynchpin in the all-out war between Iron Man and Captain America.
Reports also state that Andrew Garfield will no longer be reprising his role as Spider-Man and he will be replaced by a new actor in the Sony-Marvel collaboration. The inclusion of Spider-Man in "Captain America 3: Civil War" film will affect the scheduled release date for a lot of superhero movies. This will include the "Sinister Six" movie which was originally scheduled for release on November 2016. Almost all the movies in Marvel Cinematic Universe Phase 3 line up will be rescheduled as well including Thor 3: Ragnarok, Black Panther, Captain Marvel and the Inhumans.
However, the rescheduled movies will be worth it considering that Spider-Man plays an important role in "Captain America 3: Civil War" and it will make more sense to include Spidey in the power struggle between Iron Man and Captain America as they assert their positon over the Superhuman Registration Act. The inclusion of Spider-Man in the Civil War will make the upcoming movie as epic as it has been in comic book arc.
"Captain America 3: Civil War" is set to hit the theaters on May 6, 2016. The upcoming epic battle between Captain America and Iron Man will shake the earth to its core as an all-out war between superheroes breaks out. Hopefully, Spider-Man can live up to his role in the upcoming film and help determine the outcome of the imminent Civil War.
