With its tenth anniversary of Santa Monica's franchise, God of War 4 gears up as it will be finally released in consoles and PC platforms. However, game developer has no word yet for its official release date. Reports also mantioned that 'Kratos.' who has been the notable villain of the game, might not be included with the upcoming game version.
According to sources, Kratos will not be leading God of War 4 this time. There are rumors that Santa Monica Studios will be making its twists to make the madman return and see the whole new protagonist of the series.
The same source added that now it will be in PS4, fans expressed their excitement to play the upcoming version since it will be a whole new system to work on as they see the lead characters "hack their way through the mountain of enemies" and show an improved series after God of War 3.
Aside from hearing that the game is under development, no word has been heard from Sanzaru Games about the progress or even some features of the game that are officially released from them. They just posted that they are looking for someone who might possibly be working with them who can manage to upgrade the gaming experiences to players worldwide.
They said in a statement, "Sanzaru Games Inc. has an immediate Level Artist position working on next generation console & PC games. Only developers who want to craft immersive experiences and breathtaking worlds need apply." Thus, fans have an idea on how they do to "power their first next-gen project."
Meanwhile, Shannon Studstill, director of Santa Monica Studios mentioned about their "great surprises" they prepared for their fans who have been avid gamers since years. They said that part of their celebration will giving importance to the efforts to the developer and the game fans.
God of War 4 is rumored to release by September of this year or as late as 2016 in PS3, PS4 and PC platforms. Further information from the game developer are yet to be announced.
