‘Grand Theft Auto V’ Online Heists new modes divert attention from PC edition’s April release

By

While "Grand Theft Auto V" PC edition's release date was moved once more, this time on April 14th, "Grand Theft Auto V" Online Heists would surely keep gamers pre-occupied with its latest three additional modes. These new modes would be launched on March 10th on PS4, PS3, Xbox One and Xbox 360.

The additional modes for "Grand Theft Auto V" Online Heists that were revealed by Rockstar Games certified highly competitive activities for "GTA V" multiplayers. The gamers would be able to unlock three new PvP modes as they make their way through several heists.

The additional modes for "Grand Theft Auto V" Online Heists would be "Come Out to Play," "Siege Mentality" and "Hasta La Vista." "Come Out to Play" would be a hunter-hunted type of mode where two teams (the Runners team and the Hunters team) would go on a cat and mouse chase. The goal of the Runners team would be to reach their base, while the Hunters chase and eliminate them one by one. The two teams would have certain advantages like fully loaded weapons for the Runners and motorbikes for the Hunters. There would also be limitations for each team like going on foot for the Runners and remaining mounted for Hunters. Gamers would want to consider becoming the Runners; apart from having all the major guns, their weapons could easily "pick off Hunters at will."

"Siege Mentality" mode for "Grand Theft Auto V" Online Heists would be like a tower defence game where a four man team would defend their turf as they would be attacked by six people armed with just "sawn off shotguns." Again, like the underdogs in "Come Out to Play," the defenders would have all the guns they needed in order to survive.

Then there's the "Hasta La Vista" mode, which was inspired by "Terminator 2." No, it would not feature the former California governor; it would, however, feature the chase seen where a kid on a dirt bike tried to lose a terminator that tried to run him down. Again, there would be no terminators, but there would be truckers who would try to chase and pin down the cyclists in the new mode.

If those still wouldn't tickle the gamers' fancy, then then might want to check out "Freemode" activities where "Grand Theft Auto V" characters would call in to give out jobs. There would be three fresh missions every 24 hours; with each successful mission leading to new great rewards, possibly a new car mod.

As gamers await the PC edition's release, they might want to check out these new modes as well as the new features that would come along with them. Besides, the release date for the new modes and features were just a few days away compared to the month long wait for the mouth foam inducing "Grand Theft Auto V" PC Edition.
