As Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) Online Heists arrived just some hours ago, Rockstar now facing server errors from consoles and PC platforms. They said that they are now solving the problems as soon as possible.
GameSpot said that the players find it hard to connect as they tried to form a four-player team in their co-op mode for the mission. Obviously, the game server experienced some teething problems which Rockstar Games tried to resolve as soon as possible.
There have been a lot of connectivity issues to all platforms alike. Though some were able to access to the online Heists, there were clear signs that completing the missions seemed problematic. However, these kind of problems weren't new to gamers. This same scenario already happened from the previous releases.
Immediately, the game developer released their statement with these errors. They said, "We are aware of some issues today with players having problems connecting to GTA Online, as well as issues with the Xbox Live service."
They also added that for the meantime as they resolve the on-going problem, they advised players to chek their platform status [performance] through GTA Online status page as said, "We are trying to restore full access of GTA Online as quickly as possible. In the meantime, players can monitor the performance of all platforms on our GTA Online status page..." A link was also attached with the statement.
Meanwhile, Rockstar Games also introduced new features from the game aside from the new Heist missions and DLC. These include the reward system which is introduced to the players given at the end of the day, as soon as they finish the missions assigned to them [including the random assignments].
These rewards were also considered patches from the previous release of GTA V, and also part of the game's additions. These include the 40 new awards to reward for PS4 and Xbox One users only; 9 new Heists Achievements/ Trophies; new vehicles; 30 personalized licensed plates to avail for players as part of the game purchases; wide range of new outfits for characters; as well as the varied gear items available after finishing Heists missions.
Meanwhile, Rockstar Games announced DLC already available for download. With these bug issues, will players still avail game? Hopefully, yes.
