"Borderlands: The Handsome Collection" would be launched on March 24th and avid gamers were absolutely excited about it. Other than that, the release of the upcoming installment of the Gearbox Software game franchise would coincide with the release of its Season Pass unlockables.

"Borderlands: The Handsome Collection" would feature a four-player split-screen support and cross-save functionality. However, gamers who started with earlier game consoles should download a patch before the cross-save functionality could be used.

Add to that, "Borderlands" gamers with a "Tales from the Borderlands" Season Pass would be able to acquire some unlockables for "Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel" and "Borderlands: The Handsome Collection." The items that could be unlocked would include exclusive weapons, heads and skins, based on a report from International Business Times.

However, the items that could be unlocked and where these could be unlocked would depend on which game consoles the Season Pass was bought. The unlockable items for Xbox One and PS4 "Tales from the Borderlands" Season Pass would be coming from "Borderlands: The Handsome Collection." Meanwhile unlockable items for Xbox 360 and PS3 Season Pass would be coming from "Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel." Then again, items could also be acquired through cross-save. Also, gamers who got the Season Pass via Android and iOS could check their unlockables via "Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel" Steam version.

On the other hand, "Tales from the Borderlands Episode 2: Atlas Mugged" received some positive feedback since it was released. The second episode was comparatively as good as the first episode in the Telltale series, based on a report from Inc Gamers.

Add to that, the second installment in the "Tales from the Borderlands" kept with the flow of the storyline; gamers would still be following the protagonists in their journey towards "the Gortys Project." However, gamers might find the storyline a bit "exceptionally short and dull." Nonetheless, that would not lessen the degree in which the game was hailed as "gorgeous," "well-written" and the gameplay was still "great."
