Sony Xperia Z4 promises to be a killer device to compete against the Apple iPhone 6, Samsung's Galaxy S6 and HTC's One M9 as it has been teased for the second time sporting a 5.2-inch Quad HD screen 2,560 x 1,440 pixels with 565 ppi pixel density and a cutting-edge design.
In the Facebook page of Sony Xperia, it shows an Xperia Z4 smartphone with all-white chassis whose back panel on the top-right side has a camera and two unidentified lenses under it. Previously, Xperia Z4 had been rumored to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 810 processor and a 3GB of RAM.
Based on the leaked image, Xperia Z4 might have Sony's signature OmniBalance design and a dust and waterproof resistance ability. A single port flap also shows on the left side of the phone which could house both the SIM card and microSD card slots.
Sony has not fully detailed the revelation though which means the camera lenses at the back of the leaked image might be something else. The camera, however, is expected to have cutting-edge 21 megapixels. Sony is also reported to employ its IMX230 image sensor and provide real-time high-definition video resolution and phase detection autofocus.
Xperia Z4 will have the latest update Android 5.0.2 Lollipop, escaping the Android 5.0 and 5.0.1. This Android mobile operating system update promises a better system performance and bug fixes. In terms of battery, it is reported to possess a 3400 mAh which will is good for 8 hours of total use.
Sony Xperia Z4 is slated to come out in the latter part of 2015. In another report, it April is the date. It might possibly be revealed at the IFA show on September 9 to 15 in Berlin. Its cost is pegged at $1,250. However, Sony has kept mum about its exact release date.
