Next anticipated video game, Broken Age 2 slated for its official launch by the end of this month, Double Fine Productions confirmed. The game will be in PS4 and PS Vita platforms. On the other side, latest news, it was already been predicted that the said game will release by this year.

According to sources online, the game developers needed a year before they could finish the alpha - a goal to hit by Double Fine - before they will set its release. Since last year, the game has its beta testing stage.

Moreover, the game developer received a lot of positive feedbacks from the gamers who tried its game testing last year, and found out that the previous act was short for the entire gameplay, thus, it was then decided and also confirmed by the game developer that the entire duration of the game was extended to around 8 to 12 hours that doubled the Act 1.

True to its natural game design, which revolves around the lives of two young fellows living in different worlds, players will expect much improved gaming experience much than the beta testing itself as the Double Fine aimed to hit alpha, based from the earlier reports.

Relative to that clause is its unexpected earnings that reached around $3.45 million from the previous title itself. Thus, it might be true to the next sequel of the game. That depends if the game itself has able to provide gamers more satisfaction than the Act 1.

Downside to its release was also revealed by some. They mentioned that the users PS users won't be able to buy a separate episodes fit for the PC platform, however, the Cross-Buy title will be launched on PS4 and PS Vita along with its complete edition - Acts 1 and 2 - on April 29, same schedule for Europe release.
