Though Ubisoft confirms Assassin's Creed Victory release this year in PS4, Xbox One, and PC platforms, yet there are reports that it would take place during the Victorian era London, as the series name it. However, there are other places that were mentioned, better than London.

Lately, there were claims about the game locations, which could be considered by the game developer for the next sequel - far off better than the rumoured London. These places are enlisted, as such:

  • Cold War
    • This is one of the intriguing settings opened up by some sources. They said that there was an existing Assassin story during the time when the United States and the Communist USSR were on each other's necks.
  • Ancient Japan
    • Historically, Japan has several accounts about the existence of the feudal lords along with these inhabited lands by the ancient ninjas and samurais. By having this concept will be the most interesting among the others as it never lose momentum to any gameplay.
  • Colonial India//East India Company
    • From the previous game series, Assassin's Creed: Brahman that revolves around the story of Jat Soora, the devoted fiancé of the movie star Monima Das, who was a gifted programmer to a software giant Mysore Tech and also a deadly Assassin with a hidden secret. Since it was already been successful from the previous, it would likely be considered by Ubisoft to re-create the colonial India for Victory series.
  • Old Egypt
    • With its superb Sphinx or the pyramids, in general, ancient Egypt can be one of the most intriguing settings aside from the Cold War mentioned before. One thing that this setting can upgrade Assassin's Creed game experience is its ability of the people in this era to keep secrets and having their lives managed in secretive ways.
  • Futuristic AC (sometime 25th Century)
    • This would be interesting since it would be much of the fans' curiosity to how Ubisoft manage to have the fast-forwarding life of the Assassin to the distant future. This would also be another AC series to watch-out for, as it is different from the released series. There would be highlighted pieces of Eden found in the future centuries. Perhaps, the Assassin has an iPhone device with him along the game.
  • World War II
    • Fascinated setting by all, having the next Assassin's Creed set in this time would be much likable. It is because of the history implied in the mankind. The WWII was one of the most unforgettable part of history because of the drama behind the storyline [if this would be in a gameplay, for real].
  • Wild West
    • This location has been tapped by the game for its Rogue series. However, it was just brief, as the game developer was not able to get the full potential of the said setting. It was also mentioned that it would be during the American Revolution. Through an elaborated plot, the Assassin might be looking for gold and chase dreams to America from England.
  • Middle-aged England
    • One of the picked clean by the game developer themselves, having the Victory series set in this era, earlier than the Victorian era London, it would be cool to have it during the Medieval England, too. There are possible reasons to how this set will be much interesting. First, there are a lot of economic collapses made in these era, and at the same time, the end of the Roman Empire, the all-out-war battles with the Vikings occurred during that time. Thus, it would be interesting to add the Assassins-Templars war.
  • Ancient Greece
    • Relative to the previous, it would also be amusing to have this setting for the next game, too. Aside from its rich culture and its rich ancient civilizations that happened during this time, this will also be a good source to explore more of the Greek myths and put them into context. By having the Assassins plot mixed to the battles will be a good shot for Ubisoft
  • Mayan
    • Another ancient civilization that existed, Mayan - one of the oldest civilizations in history, this is one of the alluring set to take the gamers and leave them explore. Trying to recall the Assassin's Creed story where Desmond sacrificed himself towards the end of the third game, and having them connected to the Mayan's predictive nature to world's end will be much boom for the entire gameplay.

To sum it all up, there may be tons of ideas from the minds of the fans regarding the next location for the Assassin's Creed Victory. However, only Ubisoft could confirm its final location based from the decision of the developing team. Thus, what the fans should do is to keep their selves updated for further announcements later on.

Rumoured to release this year, Assassin's Creed Victory arrives in December.
