Fans of the PC game "Astebreed" will be glad to know that the sci-fi action epic is relaunching on PlayStation 4 with new and improved graphics.
The trailer, made by the game's publisher Edelweiss, showcases the new graphics and draws a direct comparison between the latest version and the one released earlier on the PC.
The trailer puts the two versions of the game side by side, detailing each of the new improvements. Notably, the PlayStation 4 version of "Astebreed" features a significantly improved game resolution, re-engineered textures for its elements, and the glow effects on particular objects within the title are also better represented in the latest edition, according to Dual Shockers.
"Astebreed" on the PlayStation 4 also sports full 1080p native resolution while also running at 60 frames per second. The new graphical statistics are a significant improvement over the older version of the game.
In addition to the new graphical improvements made to "Astebreed," the PlayStation 4 version of the game currently out also features full English subtitles, according to N4G.
Even though the Playstation 4 version of the game that is currently available is fully done in Japanese, including the dialogues and menus, it has also been fully translated to English.
All the menus have corresponding English translations, and the user interface is also available in that language.
Since the dialogues are also equipped with English subtitles, this means that even non-native Japanese speakers can fully follow and understand the game from start to finish.
The PC version of "Astebreed" is currently available on Steam, according to f News.
Prospective players of the game's PlayStation 4 version will need to have a Japanese PlayStation Network account to purchase the game, but it is playable on western accounts once it has been downloaded and installed, according to Dual Shockers.
No official release date has been announced for the western release of "Astebreed."
