Robin Williams' daughter, Zelda, has own planet in sci-fi game, 'No Man's Sky'

With the mind-boggling amount of planets appearing in "No Man's Sky," it seems as though players can at least count on one of those planets belonging to a beloved figure in gaming.

Zelda Williams, the daughter of the late Robin Williams, recently had a lengthy conversation with "No Man's Sky" creator Sean Murray, and it seems as if the back and forth has led to a new planet receiving a name.

Williams originally wanted to name any new planet she may discover as "Bob," according to Design & Trend. Unfortunately for Williams, Murray said the name was taken, so she has to figure out a new one to go with.

After some more back and forth and further discussion of other possible names, Williams seems to have settled on the slightly risque planetary name of "Boob."

As for fans who may want to find and explore this newly named planet, they may have to start looking as soon as the game becomes available. "No Man's Sky" reportedly features around 18 quintillion planets, so targeting one of them to look far would be akin to finding microscopic needles inside a mountain-like haystack.

According to Hello Games, developer of "No Man's Sky," it could take billions of years just to find all of the things inside the title's exceedingly large universe.

As for how the people behind the game managed to make all 18 quintillion planets, the load was divvied up between four artists, with each being responsible for creating 4.5 quintillion, according to Venture Beat. Fortunately the team had a tool which could generate planets and populate each one with corresponding wildlife at their disposal to help make the workload more manageable.

"No Man's Sky" could reportedly be released in the summer, according to Christian Today, with the timeframe from July to September being the potential sweetspot.

After the game is released on the PlayStation 4, a new version for the PC could follow soon after.
