New 'Diablo 3' 2.2.0 patch gives gamers legendary items and bottomless potions for their battles against evil

"Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls" receives an infusion of exciting new content in the form of legendary items, bottomless potions, and other content with patch 2.2.0.

Starting with the legendary items, this means more items will now possess these mythical and magical qualities. Other items are also going to receive a substantial statistical boost thanks to this addition.

Some of the notable items bestowed with new legendary powers include Inna's Mantra and the Raiment of a Thousand Storms. Both items are monk sets, according to Eurogamer.

Aside from giving new power to items, the patch will also redesign old legendary items, including class sets.

Unfortunately, players who already owned items which should have the legendary powers because of the new patch, will not have them available. Instead, if they want to acquire the same items complete with their new legendary powers, they will have to stumble upon them again in some dungeon or wherever.

Armor sets for the Barbarians, Demon Hunters, and Wizards of the "Diablo 3" world are also newly available thanks to the latest patch.

Two legendary potions and two legendary gems have also been added to the game.

Meanwhile, a bottomless potion has now taken the place of the regular health potions, according to PC Gamer. Players will now see the bottomless potion in the place of the action bar slot. The bottomless potion will restore 60% of the player's health when used.

Aside the new potions and other items, patch 2.2.0 is also introducing three new treasure goblin to Adventure Mode, according to IGN.

Class balance changes have also been implemented via the latest patch.

Currently, patch 2.2.0 is available only in the Americas, but Blizzard has said that the newest additions will be making their way to both Asia and Europe very soon.

No official release date has been announced for the launch of patch 2.2.0 in Asia and Europe.
