Recent rumors pointed to a phone that bears a model number, LG-VS999. This reportedly had an "eye-popping" screen resolution. Further, the phone was assumed to be LG's G4, which sports various killer features such as a resolution that gives 120% color gamut, a 16 MP camera, and many more. Other reports are speculating that the LG G4 is Google's Nexus 2015 flagship smartphone. What makes it also "eye-popping" is that LG will dole out 4,000 LG G4 in US, Canada, and other regions before April 28.

Previous reports stated that a phone bearing the model number LG-H811 was spotted by a certification document, with a cert packing Android "version L," from the Wi-Fi Alliance. It also implied that the device is on the verge of its release. Further, the phone was assumed to be the LG G4.

However, a latest leak reportedly revealed another LG device that bore the model number LG-VS999. The report noted LG G3's model number LG-VS985, which is said to mean that the -999 model number on this new device greatly signals a G4 device. Further, it was unbelievable to some that the LG-VS999 came out with an "eye-popping screen resolution of 2880 x 1620 pixels."
