'The Witcher 3' new sccreenshots and features revealed as game enters final month before release

As "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" draws closer and closer to its release date with each passing day, new screenshots a new feature for the game have been unveiled just to get the fans even more excited.

The new screenshots show off the visual superiority of the game when compared to its contemporaries. They also show the game's protagonist in different environments, with settings such as a forest and a long, winding mountain road prominently featured, according to WCCF Tech.

The game has been drawing rave reviews thanks in part to its breathtaking graphics, but the title is promising more than just stunning visuals in the hopes of drawing in as many people as possible to play the game. A new feature, also recently revealed for the game, shows that players will have the option of executing slow motion kills even while they are on top of a horse, according to Playstation Lifestyle.

While a slow motion execution via a horse would look incredible, the game's developer, CD Projekt Red, said the attack is also useful gameplay-wise.

According to the game's developer, the slow motion attacks will allow players to better "line up" their attacks. The option is also to make killing enemies inside the game just a little bit easier. If players are not interested in executing any slow motion kills via a horse or if they simply want a slightly more challenging experience, they can simply turn off the option in-game.

In related news, the price of the two new expansions packs for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt" has also been revealed, according to Arcade Sushi. Both the "Hearts of Stone" and "Blood and Wine" expansion packs will be included in a $24.99 season pass for the game.

The two expansion packs are expected to add a total of 30 hours to the game. Players can now pre-purchase the season pass.
