When the news broke out after Bobby's shocking revelation on Saturday, many fans were wondering whether or not Bobbi Kristina has really woken up or if Bobby meant something else when he said that Bobbi Kristina was watching him. Now, her aunt, Tina Brown has spoken up and confirmed the news that Bobbi Kristina has opened her eyes.
In a Facebook post, Tina wrote: "So many messages,sorry can't answer them all right now but I will get to them later..just allow me this time with my family,,yes,she woke up and is no longer on life support!!!!!:):)God is good!!thanks for your prayers, still a process,but she is going to be ok:):):):)."
According to E! News, another source close to the family asked everyone to keep praying for Bobbi Kristina now that she has been taken off of life support. Keliah Fell wrote: "We are decreeing life in her body and healing and we want to pray that god restore her body and everywhere that she hurts and we want god to mend her broken heart and make her whole all over again."
Meanwhile, this news may have come as a shock for Pat and Cissy Houston, who were reportedly after Bobbi Kristina's $20 million inheritance from Whitney Houston. Celeb Dirty Laundry reported that Bobby and Tina Brown may have fabricated a lie in order to shut off Cissy and Pat from taking Bobbi Kristina's inheritance. The outlet likened the situation with a scene from the TV series, "Scandal," wherein the characters pretend that the president has woken up from his coma.
