Activision has confirmed that this year's Call of Duty title will be an installment in the Black Ops Series. Though a full trailer has yet to arrive until April 26, the Call of Duty Black Ops 3 chain is set to be released this November 2015.
An industry insider going by the twitter name shinobi602 responded to a few questions that revealed details of the upcoming action first person shooter video game. "November for sure. I don't know the exact date" said the user shinobi602 answering another user's query about when Call of Duty Black Ops III is set to be released.
After the release of Call of Duty Advanced Warfare, the game developing studio Activision wanted to continue the trend of futuristic warfare since it provides for an additional level of excitement and immersion. Players will be going into the future once again, where technology is being used to level the playing field, and cutting-edge military robotics define warfare.
Zombies will also return to the title as a game mode, in addition to a campaign and multiplayer modes.
Looking into the game through the teaser, it definitely showcased actual in game footage of the story, showing off some of the campaign's most intense moments. Explosions, slow-motion, giant set pieces, and a glimpse at any new features or gameplay mechanics Treyarch has planned.
The first person shooter, which is being developed by Treyarch Studios, is expected to arrive for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, but there's also a hint that it could also be coming to Wii U. IGN reports that registered users can link their Nintendo Network ID on the official CoD website.
This is no doubt the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops full trailer this April 26 is exciting news for both Call of Duty and First Person Shooter fans, and all gamers alike.
