This has left many fans wondering which of the scenes in "Game of Thrones" Season 5 are spoilers for "The Winds of Winter?"
Robin Burks of Tech Times has listed five scenes from the HBO series that were not depicted on "A Song of Ice and Fire" books. According to Burks, the scene wherein Jaime Lannister went to Dorne to save Myrcella has not yet taken place in any of George Martin's books. Burks noted that this scene will most likely take place during "The Winds of Winter," as Jaime was only right to do such thing.
Burks also mentioned that in the books, Brienne has not yet met Sansa or Arya, but she has already met both of them in the TV series. The outlet cited that Brienne could help save Sansa from marrying Ramsay Bolton and eventually help her regain power for the North. Daenerys' decision to kill a slave could lead to her downfall.
Vanity Fair cited that last night's episode titled, "High Sparrow" left out a plot, which book readers regard as an important part. As seen on the latest episode, Ser Jorah helped Tyrion escape from the Volantene windowsill, but in the books, this scene should not have taken place until he has met Young Griff, who was the real Aegon Targaryen. The outlet noted, however, that Young Griff could still play an important role in Martin's books despite being left out in the HBO series.
