The Asia and Japan division of Sony Computer Entertainment included two screenshots of "God of War III Remastered" in a press release for the game's launch in Japan that would follow two days after its release in North America on June 14th. The screenshots were in 1080p resolution that would also be the native pixel count of the remastered edition.
"God of War III Remastered" would be running smoothly at 1080p 60fps, based on a report from DualShockers. Although the images were truly stunning, several gamers who were able to read the report were wondering when Sony Computer Entertainment would release the remastered editions for "God of War" and "God of War II." Apart from that, other gamers were wondering if SCE would be making a new revelation on the "God of War" franchise by E3 2015.
"God of War III Remastered" would be scheduled for launch in Japan on July 16th, while it would be released in the EU on July 17th, based on a report Gematsu. The remastered edition would also include a "Photo Mode." Add to that, it would come pre-packaged with downloadable costumes that were previously included in the earlier released game.
"God of War III Remastered" would be set during the battle between Titans and the Olympians, with an indignant Kratos seeking absolution for all the wrongs that were made against him by the king of the Gods, Zeus, in Mt. Olympus, based on a report from Gamepur. "God of War III" would supposedly be the final chapter in the series that recently celebrated its 10th anniversary last March.
However, earlier reports pointed out that another "God of War" game would be released. The plot of the upcoming game was still unclear with some gamers speculating that it would be like "God of War: Ascencion." Other gaming enthusiasts were predicting that the upcoming "God of War" game might include Norse Gods in the picture.
With the E3 2015 coming up, only Sony Computer Entertainment had the power to seal the fate of Kratos, the ruthless and vengeful God of War.
