With the lifting of the review embargo of "Project CARS," a lot of members of the gaming community have been giving top marks to the motorsport simulation video game that would be released today. Among the features that grabbed the gaming community's attention was the "wide range of graphical options for next-generation gaming consoles as well as for the PC.
The variety of graphical options for "Project CARS," which would be part of the game's final PC build included "Grass, Cars, Environments, Particles and Shadows quality to Crepuscular Rays, Screen Dirt, Bloom and Heat Haze," based on a report from DSOGaming. Apart from that, "Project CARS" Creative director Andy Tudor explained why they included the graphical options of the final PC edition of the game for PS4 and Xbox One as well.
Tudor said that "console owners should have just as much right to tailor their game to their particular preferences as PC players." He added that it would not matter what type graphical options that would be, "whether that's authenticity, visual options, how the camera reacts, accessibility etc.," so long as both PC and console players would have the opportunity to adjust the game's graphics to their preferences.
Tudor also said that "the racing genre is pretty mature at this point and many console racing fans are therefore eager to for this kind of additional depth, plus the racing genre is also very broad, meaning this kind of personalization will allow fans of both traditional racing games on consoles and veteran PC sim racing titles to feel right at home," based on a report from WCCFTech.
Meanwhile, the gaming community had been noting how amazing the game looked; also, what would be more important was that the upcoming motorsport simulation video game was "a lot of fun," based on a review from Kotaku.
The game review cited several strengths of "Project CARS. Among these would be that "it was not a game console exclusive;" "the game's 'feel' struck a good balance;" "the AI was unpredictable, which made it great;" and "the game's sound was incredible," just to enumerate a few awesome details of the game.
"Project CARS" would be launched in North America on May 08th on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The Wii U edition would be released on a later date.
