EA Dice announced that it would be revealing the gameplay video of "Star Wars: Battlefront" in their upcoming program for the E3 2015. DICE design director Niklas Fegraeus confirmed the news to anticipating "Star Wars" fans.
Fegraeus made a letter addressed to the fans of "Star Wars," titled "Dear Galaxy, which was posted at the Electronic Arts website confirmed that the franchise's avid fans would soon be seeing the gameplay video of "Star Wars: Battlefront" on E3 2015, based on a report from Gamespresso. He added that "I really look forward to showing you all more from the game as we get closer to release, and for you guys who are asking me when you can see gameplay, I can tell you that we have great plans for E3.
So, tune in starting June 15, because at E3 this year, 'Star Wars Battlefront' gameplay will make its debut and we're all super excited to show it to you."
Apart from the wonderful news shared by EA Dice regarding their highly anticipated title, it was also confirmed that "Star Wars: Battlefront" would be including a Fighter Squadron mode, based on a report from TechnoBuffalo. The upcoming Fighter Squadron mode would allow teams of players pitting against other teams or AI in the game.
Fergraeus also gave details about the mode in the upcoming title in the series that was posted on DICE's blog, based on a report from VG247. He said that "You could see a tiny snippet of [the Fighter Squadron mode] in our trailer where you saw the Fighter Squadron mode, where you engage in huge Starfighter battles over canyons big enough to be truly epic."
He also said that they also created several missions for avid gamers who were "not in the mood for large scale battles." Apart from that, Fergraeus said that "all our Missions can be played either alone or cooperatively, making them perfect for some quick Star Wars action when you have a friend over."
"Star Wars: Battlefront" would be launched on Nov. 17th for PS4, Xbox One and the PC.
