Asa Butterfield is the most hyped contender to be hailed as the new "Spider-Man" in the Marvel film. The new Avenger is slated to appear in the upcoming "Captain America: Civil War" movie and will be facing issues in working together with the rest of the Avengers.
Asa Butterfield is among the five actors being considered for the upcoming Spider-Man reboot. The actor is well-known for his role in the movie "Ender's Game" just turned 18 and has the looks and qualifications that suit the current Peter Parker that is being introduced in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Marvel will be going for a teenage "Spider-Man" in the upcoming movie reboot and will feature the younger version of the iconic superhero in several Marvel movies as well. Sony has been reported to be scraping plans and other details in order to prepare for the upcoming spin-off of the "Spider-Man" franchise as they bring the superhero to the MCU.
It was initially thought that "Spider-Man" will not fit in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. "Spider-Man" was initially introduced as a solo artist, a solo hero that exists without having to team up with any hero in particular. Fortunately, with the recent events in the MCU, "Spider-Man" managed to take a spot in the said Universe. The MCU is about to say goodbye in an epic and unforgettable way in the upcoming "Infinity Wars" movie. "Spider-Man" could never miss that opportunity.
However, the new Spider-Man may face difficulties as he tries to blend in with the mature and adult members of the Avengers. He just recently earned a spot in the Avengers in the recently concluded "Avengers: Age of Ultron" movie. The Civil War movie for all we know will be dealing with conflicts among the superheroes of the Marvel Universe. How will a young and immature "Spider-Man" choose sides in a controversial and conflicting event like the Civil War? "Spide-Man" is expected to struggle proving his place in the Avengers as well as in the MCU.
The 'Spider-Man" movie reboot is expected to start filming after the production of the "Captain America 3: Civil War Movie." Meanwhile, fans of Butterfield are hopeful that the young actor will land on the iconic superhero role.
