Bungie have released the second expansion for Destiny, House of Wolves for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. Patch 1.2.0.1 is also activated to include new weapons, armor, gear, a bevy of new story missions, quest, and multiplayer modes.
Destiny's expansion House of Wolves adds new Co-op arena activity that is set in the Prison of Elders, as teams of three players can take on waves of enemies that increase in difficulty in order to earn high-level legendary and exotic rewards. There is also a new competitive multiplayer event called the Trials of Osiris, a weekly 3v3 elimination event where power levels matter.
The expansion for House of Wolves include new loots and customizations in the form of weapons, armor, and gear. These are of Legendary, Exotic, Faction and Fallen-themed quality. There is also an increase in levels that can raise the Light Level to 34. It also introduced the gear ascension to increase the maximum level of previously earned Legendary and Exotic weapons and armor. A New Strike called The Shadow Thief - Journey to the Moon is included with the patch. Players can now enjoy hunting down Fallen mercenary called Tanks.
Patch 1.2.0.1 implements new Daily Reward packages and also provides rewards upon completion of the first game in the Daily Featured Crucible playlist. Passage Coins are now available and is used to reward streams across all playlists including the Daily reward package. The Crucible Mark drop also has rate across the playlists by 100%. Crucible Reputations also increased on all playlists by 20%. Crucib, a Legendary weapon, is now available in drops into the Crucib. Rare weapons and rare drops are increased in drop chance by 100% when completing games across the playlist. Dark Below maps are also included into all Crucible playlists for all players to enjoy.
Destiny is a first-person shooter developed by Bungie and published by Activision. House of Wolves is Destiny's second expansion released on May 19, 2015. Patch 1.2.0.1 is second of the the two patches planned to go alongside with House of Wolves.
