The game was at first totally hyped fans because of its excellent gameplay and impressive visuals. However, many are surprised that the game's visuals are less that those shown on teaser videos. CD Projekt Red co-founder Marcin Iwinski said as reported by Gamespot in a review of The Witcher 3 that there is much one could do in games when releasing in multiple platforms. The funds needed simply is not feasable at the moment and sacrifices are made. However, the game is still revolutionary and impressive, especially if gameplay and story content is gauged.
The Witcher 3 wild hunt is now available for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Patch 1.06 is now live for the PC but the patch is still underway for consoles.
