Quite a number of bugs and errors have been recently reported by the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt players in various boards -- including developer CD Projekt RED's -- making the developers work overtime in coming up with fixes.

- Improves Nvidia Hairworks performance
- Boosted texture anisotropy sampling to 16x on Ultra preset
- Sharpen Post-process settings extended from Off/On to Off/Low/High
- Blood particles will now properly appear after killing enemies on the water
- Corrects a bug where player was able to shoot bolts at friendly NPCs
- Improves menu handling
- Corrects an issue with Stamina regeneration while sprinting
- Fixes a cursor lock issue that sometimes occurred when scrolling the map
- Generally improves world map focus

- Corrects an issue in dialogue selections
- Rostan Muggs is back
- Minor SFX improvements
Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are going to receive the patch next. CD Projekt RED community leader Marcin Momot said on Twitter that the patch "should be out soon", so it's only a matter of when at this point.
Fans have complained about the game font and the fluctuating frame rate seen in the PS4 version. Both cited issues have been acknowledged by CD Projekt RED, and promised that a patch is in the works to address those.
To help with the small text size, make sure your HUD settings are set to large in the options. Also, while it isn't a permanent fix, you can use the PS4's zoom feature (press the PlayStation button + square after activating it in the accessibility options) to zoom in on the screen, Momot added.
