F1 2015 release delayed to July; Developer Codemaster reveals more detailed features

It has been confirmed that the release for Codemaster's F1 2015 has been delayed for four weeks, but the teasers and the screen shots that were posted proves that the game will totally be worth the wait.

The initial release for the game was set on June 12 this year, but it was later on changed to July 10 without clear reasons as to why it has been postponed. The developer's blog post simply told of the date of the interval of the delay but there were no further reasons yet.

"We have also moved the release date of this year's title from the 12th of June and as a result F1 2015 will now release on the 10th July in the UK, Europe and Australia. North America on the 21st July and Brazil will ship from the 24th," posted the developer.

Aside from the fact it is going to be released this year, fans also got very thrilled as this is will the first time that the game will hit Xbox One and PS4.

More so, developer Codemasters also revealed the exciting features of the game as we wait. They have released just recently a new teaser, showing detailed features with environments and realistic weather conditions. You can watch the video here.

As shown on the teaser, fans can expect more intricate detailing of a cockpit camera, the said weather effects, and many else. They can also enjoy the new race courses such as Monaco and Silverstone.

F1 2015 also tracks on a new engine which doesn't only bring a new championship season mode gamers' way, but also a new pro season mode. A full playable 2014 FIA Formula One World Championship set is also offered as a bonus.

Players can also make tire requests, inquire about the weather or race information with the voice integration in PS Camera and Kinect.

It has been said that the game will be at 60fps for both PS4 and Xbox One, while the Sony console will likely have 1080p, the Microsoft console will get a slightly low quality of 900p.
