There is no doubt that Chris Pratt's career is rocketing and will continuously do so after the premiere of the highly-anticipated "Jurassic World" this week. Aside from numerous movie projects, Pratt is also in demand in the print industry. Next month, he will be in every newsstand as Men's Heath U.K. chose him to be in the cover of their July issue.
Chris Pratt suddenly became a household name in the industry after his starring role in the "Guardians of the Galaxy." It all seems easy for some but the actor said in an interview with The Guardian that he had faced a lot of rejections first before being the Star Lord.
Fast forward to 2015, Chris Pratt is almost everywhere doing interviews in different talk shows for his films and just recently, he conquered even the print industry.
Following his GQ cover, Chris Pratt was selected to be on the cover of Men's Heath U.K.'s July issue. The 35-year-old actor revealed some personal issues in the magazine interview as per MTV's report. According to Chris, unknown to most of the people who have watched him on films or TV series before, he has struggled with his weight that almost jeopardized his health and caused him depression.
"I had real health issues that were affecting me in a major way," Pratt said. "It's bad for your heart, your skin, your system, your spirit."
When he decided to finally get in shape for his role in Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy" and posted an Instagram photo of his toned body, a product of long hours in the gym, he almost broke the Internet.
Right after his stint in Marvel, reports came out that he will be starring in another gigantic film "Jurassic World." According to Daily Mail, its newest trailer showed Chris Pratt's character, Owen Grady, taking on more dinosaurs while in a mission to stop the hybrid called Indominus rex. The new teaser also displayed the destruction caused by the modified dinosaur getting loosed.
