‘Supernatural’ Season 11 Spoilers: Adam comes back from Lucifer’s cage? Jeffrey Dean Morgan, open to reunite with the Winchesters

Throughout the 10-season run of "Supernatural," supporters have seen characters die and get resurrected, making it possible to bring back Adam, Winchesters' younger half-brother, next season. Even Jeffrey Dean Morgan said that he wants some reunion with his TV sons if a worthy story comes up.

"Supernatural" is about to enter its 11th season this fall as new and darker adventures lie ahead of Sam and Dean Winchesters. The 10th season of CW's fantasy horror series concluded with greater things at risk after Dean killed one of the Four Horseman, Death.

However, diehards of the show are wondering if the new season will be the right time to bring back a particular character that had been trapped inside Lucifer's cage with the Archangel Michael since season 6. Adam (Jake Abel) is Sam and Dean half-brother, who was, unlike his older brothers, raised far from the life of a hunter.

Enstarz however, reports that "Supernatural" co-executive producer Jim Michaels confirms via his Twitter account that it is not yet the right time for the show to revisit that storyline.

"Adam is not currently our story radar and don't see it anytime soon if ever," wrote Michaels as a reply to a fan who is somehow wishing to bring Lucifer and Adam back in the game.

One character that is also close to the Winchesters' hearts might get be back in "Supernatural" season 10, according to Collider. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, John Winchester in the series and also Sam and Dean's father, recently teased the idea of a Winchesters' reunion.

"They [fans] want me back. I do this so that I can make people happy somehow," said Morgan. "We do it for our fans, and that's got such a great fan base that, of course, I want to go back. And I would love to have some resolution for that character and his sons."

Morgan also has high praises for Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki whom he treats as "very good friends" despite acting as their TV dad. He also liked the idea of going back for an episode while Jensen sits on the director's chair.

Since fans are clamoring for season 11 details, there are speculations that a sneak peek of CW's hit fantasy horror series will be shown during the San Diego Comic-Con 2015, as reported by USA Star.

Whether there is a sneak peek or not, fans will definitely plague the "Supenatural" panel during Comic-Con to meet Team Free Will and ask them official intel about the next season. Adam may not yet return in season 11 but fans may just be lucky enough to see John Winchesters back in action once again.

"Supernatural" season 11 premieres this fall on CW.
