Dead Effect 2: New challenging creatures, Unique Bosses revealed as players gets implants and customizable weapons

With the Dead Effect hitting 8 million downloads with impressive reviews, game developer Badfly Interactive has come to partner with NVIDIA for a sharper, improved, and a more entertaining first-person shooter game, Dead Effect 2.

Aside from the perils which may be brought by battling with the undead, Dead Effect 2 places an "even bigger threat on mind and will" as reported by Pocket Gamer. Such is meant that aside from the breathtaking graphics, clever storyline, and an interesting gameplay, one shall face not only zombies, but also additional enemies and more challenging creatures as well. The player, on the other hand, has a vast choice of up to upgradable weapons, enhancements, and interesting feats such as the use of a katana to chop off the limbs of the undead.

Touch Arcade reports that the game is a sequel to Dead Effect which drops the character off inside the ESS Meridian where the prequel game characters left off in the ending. As continuation of the storyline, the character still tries to uncover the mystery behind the evil which is continuously trying to enslave the character's mind and will.

While players must prepare to face monsters which can be more dangerous than the zombies from the first game, one shall also face cyborgs and drones as additional enemies in Dead Effect 2. With a greater challenge at hand, there will also be an expanded upgrade systems for a hundred additional items, extras, accessories and implants. Droid Gamer reveals that players get to choose from among three game characters and would be able to encounter more challenging and unique boss fights, make hold of upgradable weapons, and utilize implants which would further enhance the character, making the players harder to be harmed. Impressive graphics provide an immersing post-apocalyptic experience for a player.

Made playable with iOS and Android, game developer Badfly partners with NVIDIA to take advantage of and be optimized with the latter's new X1 chip. The game will be optimized for Tega devices and the new NVIDIA shield 4k console. Dead Effect 2 by Badfly Interactive shall be released on the second week of September, 2015.
