Latest Mortal Kombat X Patch Update, Features New Brutalities, Predator Details, And Balances Characters

Mortal Kombat X was just released last April and now NetherRealm is just released a patch in order to enhance the game more. The patch is going to fix several game Imbalances in the characters like increasing the damage of an attack and disabling some combos that were deemed unfair. The major changes added was the three new secret Brutalities that were not included in the patch notes.

In the latest patch of Mortal Kombat X, there were three new Brutalities added to the game but it was not included in the patch notes. Eurogamer shows how Youtuber C88 MiZxFiT demonstrated the different Brutalities added in the game. C88 MiZxFiT also showed on which stages the new Brutalities can be done. These stages are: Quan Chi Fortress, Kuatan Jungle, and Kove Stage.

In the Quan Chi Fortress, players can now use the sledgehammer in the level to finish off their opponent. This would be pretty handy when you are pushed to the area where the sledgehammer is. The character that the player is using will grab the sledgehammer and give his opponent a good bonk on the head.

The Kuatan Jungle is adorned with several beautiful relics in the background. It's a shame that they can now be used in Brutalities as well. While fighting your opponent in this stage, you can now ram the heads of your opponents onto the relics. Just go near the relic and wait for the chance to grab your opponent and then finish him! In the Kove Stage, Players can now punch their opponents into the ocean and turn them into a shark's lunch.

VG247 also reports the details of the new prey pack which will include the extraterrestrial Predator and 3 DLC costumes namely: Carl Weathers Jax, Commando Johnny Cage, and Infrared Scorpion.

As for the minor changes in the characters, the patch notes contain mostly gameplay and character specific fixes like Ferra/Torr's "Grab 'n' Stab" and "Deep Stab" which received an increase in damage.

Mortal Kombat X is a fighting game developed by NetherRealm Studios and High Voltage Software. It was released last April 14, 2015 for the PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
