Filming is still ongoing for the upcoming James Bond film, Spectre. Naomie Harris was spotted in Millenium Bridge in Central London, while earlier this month, Daniel Craig's body double was also spotted handling a gun along River Thames. A new video blog for the film also revealed that the opening scene will feature Mexico's Day of the Dead.
Naomie Harris was seen wearing a chic business attire, with phone on her right hand and a briefcase on left, walking on the Millenium Bridge in Central London. She seemed to be up to some serious business as she plays the character of Miss Moneypenny, M's secretary, in the film.
Aside from Harris, earlier this month, Daniel Craig's body double was also spotted filming along River Thames with Lea Seydoux's double. The two are apparently shooting key action scenes as Seydoux's body double was seen manning the vehicle they were in, while Craig's double was pointing his Walther PPK gun at something (or someone). Several helicopters were also seen flying near the Houses of Parliament.
Meanwhile, a new video blog has been released showing Mexico's Day of the Dead, which will be the opening scene of Spectre. Hundreds, or even thousands of extras were seen in the video, with images of skulls, bones, colors, and movements everywhere.
"I wanted the audience to be dropped right into the middle of a very, very specific, very heady, rich environment. It's the Day of the Dead, everywhere you look there's colour and detail and life. We've built floats and maquettes, the costumes are extraordinary and the craftsmanship is amazing," Spectre's director Sam Mendes said.
Spectre's official synopsis reads:
"In SPECTRE, a cryptic message from Bond's past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE. Sam Mendes returns to direct SPECTRE, with Daniel Craig reprising his role as 007 for the fourth time. SPECTRE is produced by Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, from a script by John Logan and Neal Purvis & Robert Wade."
Spectre is the 24th James Bond film, and the fourth one to be starred by Daniel Craig. Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Ralph Fiennes, and Rory Kinneas are set to reprise their respective roles, while new cast members include Christopher Waltz, Monica Belluci, David Bautista, Lea Seydoux, and Stephanie Sigman.
Spectre is set to hit theaters in November 06, 2015.
