Following multiple Samsung Galaxy Note 5 speculations, a leaked video came out suggesting what could be expected of the upcoming device. The video shows leakage of a CAD (computer aided design) render that hinted more on how the device would look like.
Published by @OnLeaks on Monday via NWE, the leaked CAD (computer aided design) of the forthcoming device clearly shows a 3D replica of Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The pattern allegedly came from a reliable third party manufacturer that has direct access with the device.
However, information on the leaked video hasn't been confirmed.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 looks like more of the Galaxy S6. Samsung's newest flagship phablet has absolutely improved design, and is crafted with cutting-edge hardware. Business Insider reports that it has curved edges on its back for convenient grip.
Some of the obvious design seen includes an S Pen slot at the bottom, a protruding camera, and flash/HR sensor at the rear. The device measurement of approx. 153 x 77 x 10.2mm is very close to a Note 4. It is slightly thicker than the previous models, Pocket Lint reports.
The 3D model also shows that the upcoming Note 5 still sports a 5.9-inch display. Rumors also suggest that Note 5 may have the same metal frame body or glass. It is not certain yet what materials will be used on its rear. As expected, a metal cover could disappoint some of its fans, who prefer removable back covers.
The camera and flash on its back reveal a design much more of a Samsung Galaxy S6. However, up to this moment, it is not yet certain if the device will have a Micro-USB slot instead of USB Type-C that has been previously talked about.
Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is also expected to have a 2K Super AMOLED display and a 4,100mAh battery. Galaxy Note 5 is slated to be launched during the IFA in Berlin in September, just in time when Apple will release its iPhone 6s Plus phablet.
