Capcom once again delights the fans of Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate with a plethora of items included in the FREE DLC for the month of July while waiting for the highly anticipated game sequel, Monster Hunter X, that will introduce new monsters set for release this coming Winter 2015.
Via Capcom Unity Blog, lots of items are featured in Monster Hunter 4: Ultimate FREE DLC for the month of July and as usual, it includes 14 new quests plus five new weapons where one is a hammer that is created out of ham but there's more.
The popularly known to be overpowered Star Knight Armour Set that has pretty sweet stats and was only made available to players who were able to visit the Universal Studios Japan will also be offered for the game on July 17th next week.
Although, the other new contents itemized below have been available since July 2.These are:
- 14 New quests
- 5 New weapons
- 3 Complete armor set
- 1 Palico weapon
- 1 Palico armor set
- 1 Bonus Palico: Brown Pal
- 3 Guild Card backgrounds
- 7 Guild Card titles
Players just need to go to the DLC option from the main menu to grab all of these freebies and the new quests get activated subsequently at the respective guild hall.
Meanwhile, the latest issue of Famitsu Magazine has released fresh juicy details on the game's next main title, Monster Hunter X. As reported by Siliconera, the new game adds never before seen flashy moves with tons of added action maneuvers to the hunt as well as monsters, Palicos and a new map.
Brute Wyvern-type monster named Dinobaruto is revealed as one of the monsters that will appear in Monster Hunter X. Dinobaruto has the power to use its gigatnic tail as a weapon that also has an explosive fire to kill enemies.
Moreover, players can expect the return of the major monsters from predecessor titles such as Zinogre, Tigrex, Brachydios, and Rathalos.
In earlier news, Monster Hunter X will reportedly feature villages from previous games and also add back fields from the respective regions, namely, Forest and Hills, Snowy Mountains, Misty Peaks, and more.
Monster Hunter X is slated for a Winter 2015 release date in Japan for Nintendo 3DS and as fans look forward to the launching of this brand new game, Capcom continues to fuel the excitement o fans for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate with the superb items from this month's FREE DLC including the most coveted Star Knight Armour Set that becomes available next week, July 17.
