iPhone 6 vs Galaxy S6 mobile gaming comparison proved that Apple has taken the lead in the latest gaming benchmark performed by a mobile performance service.
iPhone 6 performed in higher frame rates in certain games than other flagship Android devices including Galaxy S6, HTC One M9, and Google Nexus 6. Graphical smoothness comes as one criterion in testing the games. GameBench picked 10 best games such as GTA: San Andreas, Monument Valley and Marvel: Contest of Champions, Modern Combat 5 and Dead Trigger 2.
According to GameBench, iPhone 6 performed better when it comes to gaming than some of the newest Android devices. The site claimed that Apple took 10 percent average lead than Android phones. iPhone hardly ever dropped beyond 30fps. It turned out to have higher average frame rate making it more stable than Galaxy S6, HTC One M9, and Google Nexus 6.

The mobile performance service has also revealed that "iPhone games use around a quarter of the RAM of the Android games" they tested. This denotes that although Android device such as Galaxy 6 has high specs, Apple's iPhone 6 is better optimized. Under the test, iPhone made use of less hardware, but displayed faster performance, TekRevue reports.

Galaxy S6 has higher resolution display of nearly 3.6 million pixels while iPhone 6 has 1 million pixels. But when it comes to some games played on small screen, Apple devices exhibits smoother, better display and better experience for the users.
